Your support enables us to intervene in emergency contexts and provide good quality medical aid to people in distress.
We invite you to read the following terms and conditions:
1. General terms and conditions
Be over 18 years of age or be supervised by an adult who will assume responsibility for the event.
Do not harm the image of Médecins Sans Frontières.
When you create a fundraising page, you agree that your text, links and photos will not contain any content that is contrary to the laws in force or good morals. In particular, you declare that you own all rights of use and publication for the content, links and images appearing on your page. In the event of a breach of these terms of use, MSF may temporarily or permanently block people from this platform. MSF is in no way responsible for content that it does not prepare itself or whose existence it is unaware of. MSF has the right to delete or block user accounts, content or photos at any time, as well as to modify any content that violates these rules or the law or that could cause a material or non-material damage to the owner of the site or third parties.
2. Communication
The logo, the name “Médecins Sans Frontières” and the acronym “MSF” are registered trademarks; you may only use them with the written permission of Médecins Sans Frontières.
The organizer of the event undertakes to:
Only the Médecins Sans Frontières visual below (logo, name and acronym) in an identical way, regardless of the context, and only in relation to and for the duration of the fundraising campaign.

3. Processing of personal data
We only use your personal data within the framework of our activities and our medical relief work. Some of your personal data on this fundraising page (surname, forename, uploaded photos) will be published on our website. You have rights in relation to your data (including access and deletion).
