Course de l'escalade

This year, the 46th edition of the Course de l’Escalade will take place on December 7 and 8, and on this occasion, we want to challenge our donors directly on the course, but also through a fundraising event.

The MSF team is aiming to raise 10,000 chf. Will you be able to go the distance?

How does the challenge work?

If you haven't yet registered for one of the races, first follow this link to register your team: Inscriptions | Course de l'Escalade.

Then simply create a donation campaign in the name of your race team to run with MSF*.

If you are unable to take part in one of the races and would like to support the initiative, you can support your team's fundraising campaign, which can be seen at the bottom of this page.

The challenge ends on December 8, 2024!

*For teams taking part in one of the races, we are offering to run under the ACT FOR MSF colors, which will bring all supporters together for a drink on the evening of December 7 at Café Jules Verne. To avoid having to produce new clothing, Médecins Sans Frontières is offering you the chance to give your race T-shirt a second life by directly embroidering the “Act For MSF” logo to it. All you have to do is let us know how many people have registered at noah.schoepf@geneva.msf.org, and we'll provide you with all the information you need.

Emergency Fund

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is renowned for its expertise in emergency response, often being the first on the ground and the last to leave. With the increase in humanitarian emergencies over the last two decades, needs are exceeding response capacities, making effective and ethical interventions more crucial.
Emergency preparedness is essential for an effective response, involving a warning system and the pre-positioning of medicines and personnel. The first 72 hours are critical for saving lives, with medical care needed to reduce mortality and prevent long-term consequences.
With your support for the emergency fund, MSF can prepare effectively for emergency scenarios by guaranteeing the delivery of medical kits and staff training. In the event of a crisis, we respond quickly with teams that can be deployed within 48 hours. MSF is also committed to learning and innovating in order to improve its capabilities in the face of future emergencies!
